What You Know About Sexy & Sweaty

No wonder the ladies have been all over me today...

It appears that a recent study has proven that men's sweat can significantly alter a woman's hormone levels.

Ready for this....

Male underarm sweat has been shown to improve women's moods and affect their secretion of luteinizing hormone, which is normally involved in stimulating ovulation. Other studies have shown that when female sweat is applied to the upper lip of other women, these women respond by shifting their menstrual cycles toward synchrony with the cycle of the woman from whom the sweat was obtained.
Awesome!

What You Know About Jamba Coupons?

It's only fitting that I direct my loyal friends and blog visitors to a downloadable coupon for "Buy One Jamba, Get One Free." Offer lasts through July 4th.

I'd recommend the 'Orange Dream Machine'...they're tasty!

Nothing could be quite as fitting on a nasty hot day like today:

What You Know About Humidity?

Have any of you been outside today? It's friggin disgusting...it was so humid during my walk to grab lunch that I felt as if I was swimming through the moisture in the air.

Thankfully for me, I don't sweat...ever.

A couple of interesting facts about humidity: The human body sheds heat by a combination of evaporation of perspiration, heat conduction to the surrounding air, and thermal radiation. Under conditions of high humidity, the evaporation of sweat from the skin is decreased and the body's efforts to maintain an acceptable body temperature may be significantly impaired. Also, if the atmosphere is as warm as or warmer than the skin during times of high humidity, blood brought to the body surface cannot shed heat by conduction to the air, and a condition called hyperplexia results. With so much blood going to the external surface of the body, relatively less goes to the active muscles, the brain, and other internal organs. Physical strength declines and fatigue occurs sooner than it would otherwise. Alertness and mental capacity also may be affected. This resulting condition is called heat stroke or hyperthermia.

Here are different ways to say humidity in various languages:
Hebrew: לחות
Dutch: Luchtvochtigheid
Italian: Umidità
Indonesian: Kelembapan

What You Know About Sweaty McTouchscreen

Ok, it's official...the iPhone launch on Friday, 6/29, has reached blockbuster expectations.

The commercials are like technophile pornography.

The link below features an interview with the first person waiting outside the Apple store in midtown, NYC...the real kicker is that this is the same guy who is first inline at every single instore appearance, whether it's Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Duran Duran, Chris Brown, etc...

He must be a professional E-Bay seller...either way, he kinda creeps me out whenever I see him:

What You Know About Rod Bookman?

I've got to give a shout out to my main man, Roberto Goodmanovich.

A real talent with crayons, magic markers, not sure about play-dough...

Anywho, check out his blog which features sketches, promotional designs, and random drawings. I'm a big fan of his work and he's always creating real cool and novel art.

What You Know About Top Chef?

As you are bound to find out, I love the show Top Chef on Bravo. The chefs selected to compete are real deal and they create some incredibly novel and imaginative dishes on a very regular basis.

My very preliminary pick for this season's winner is Brooklyn's own, Lia. As a sous chef at Jean Georges, she should definitely have the skills to go all the way.

I just caught an episode last night where the challenge was "gourmet BBQ." Even though Tre's Peach Salmon BBQ was panned by the judges, I think I'm gonna try out this recipe and taste for myself. Here is the recipe if you're interested to check it out:
