What You Know About Interdimensional Driving Ranges

Do you ever wonder where your golfball lands as you lose track of it in the air...

I believe that we found the answer:

Interdimensional Driving Range

What You Know About Rollerblading?

Do any of you watch "Human Giant" on MTV?

If not, I would suggest that you keep an eye out for this very funny sketch comedy show.

Here is my favorite clip that was featured in the first season:

What You Know About Ohhhhhhhhhhh?

Great montage of the classic Soprano greeting:

Aaaaaaaaaaaa

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Heyyyyyyyy, ohhhhhh

What You Know About Cereal Straws?

Oh those wacky folks in the R&D (research & development) department at Kelloggs have finally reached a new low. Allow me to introduce you to the most gluttonous, cavity inducing product of the year...The Fruit Loop Cereal Straw.

Yup, you guessed it...these are literally straws lined with sugary fruit loops with a sugary powdered milk interior for kids to enjoy while drinking a tall glass of cow-juice.

Personally, the tag line on the box kinda frightens me: "Fruity, crunchy tubes for milk-sippin' fun!"

Come on....seriously!

COME ON!!!

You get it, right?

How 'bout now?

Here is a first-hand account of someone's experience with this brilliant new product launch:

"They are lined in the middle with that sickly sweet powdered milk that seems to be popping up in granola and cereal bars everywhere. Someone needs to tell these guys that it does NOT replace milk and that we can all tell it's just sweetened coffee creamer. Fortunately, the flavor of that is masked by the Froot Loop shell.
The straws themselves are rather sturdy and hold up well to milk. They last a long time without getting soggy and do actually work as straws. They basically taste like Froot Loops, which is all you could realistically hope for.

Once you take a single bite of the cereal straw, it becomes too short for drinking and the fun immediately dissipates. If you just sit there and drink the milk, you'll just be wasting the straw as it imparts no flavor and is generally useless. Once you get to the bottom, you realize you have a half-soggy cereal straw with no milk to wash it down with."

What You Know About Demetris Knichols?

Booyah!!!

It's about damn time that the Knicks did something to get me relatively excited...in a shocking trade during last night's draft, the Knicks sent Channing Frye and Steve Francis to Portland for Zach Randolph. While this is certainly a positive move...the best part is that the Knicks also acquired the rights to my boy: D-Nick!!!!

A key contributor to Syracuse Orange for the past 4 years, Demetris truly became a star last year as he led the Big East in scoring during his senior year.

Hopefully D-Nick will have a better NY career than the last Orangeman to come to the Big Apple, John Wallace.

Here is a quick assessment of Demetris from CBS Sportsline:

What You Know About The Touch?

With the upcoming release of "The Transformers", what better time to share the cheesiest music video ever created..."The Touch" by Stan Bush.

For those of you scratching your head, this was the original rally song for the Autobots in the original cartoon version of the Transformers movie.

Seriously...this video looks like something that was produced in one of those Mall "create your-own music video" booths.

What You Know About Broken Radio?

Have you ever been too quick to negatively judge something and then want to kick yourself in the ass for not recognizing how brilliant it really is...?

That recently happened to me with the artist who created one of my favorite records this year.

Singer/songwriter Jesse Malin was the face of the glam/hard rock band D Generation for eight years. As one of New York City's more talented acts of the 1990s, the band released three albums before disbanding in April 1999. Malin, who's a punk with a soft heart, didn't stop writing music. His love for Neil Young, Tom Waits, and Steve Earle affected his work; he spent the next two years working on a fresh, countrified sound.

I believe he has now officially begun to touch upon the surface of his potential with his latest album, Glitter In The Gutter. Featuring guest appearances by Jakob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen, Jesse has penned a gorgeous album filled with reflective lyrics, somber musicianship, with a genuine cathartic feel.
